Matcha Maca Latte

- 2 teaspoon matcha powder (A little goes a long way! Plus, it is kind of spendy.)
- 2 teaspoons gelatinized maca
- ½ cup of full fat canned coconut milk (make sure it's BPA free!)
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6-7 stevia drops, or to taste
- 2 heaping Tablespoons collagen peptides or collagen hydrolysate
- Boil a kettle of water but allow to cool slightly before using.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz for a few seconds.
- Split between two mugs and cozy up!
